Building a Visionary Agency

Rich founded his second full-service advertising agency with a vision to provide comprehensive marketing solutions. Starting with just one employee, he grew the company to a team of 12, increasing billing to several million dollars. The agency's services spanned media production, media buying, public relations, graphic design, and website development. Rich's client portfolio included casual dining, real estate, sports marketing, golf course openings and events, and charitable work, including celebrity golf tournaments. His agency was recognized as the "Best Place to Work in the Triangle," a testament to the positive work environment and culture he cultivated.

ADSTREET: A Model of Success

Rich's entrepreneurial spirit led him to create ADSTREET, a full-service multi-million dollar advertising agency. Under his leadership, ADSTREET grew from a start-up of four employees to over 50, handling numerous local, state, and national accounts. The agency offered a wide array of services, including media production, media buying, public relations, graphic design, and website development. Rich's diverse clientele included casual and fine dining establishments, golf courses, charities such as the Jimmy V Celebrity Golf Classic, financial institutions, real estate sales and development, auto dealers, and celebrity website development.

ADSTREET's innovative and effective campaigns earned numerous local and national marketing awards, further solidifying its reputation for excellence. The agency was also honored as the "Best Place to Work in the Triangle," reflecting Rich's commitment to creating a supportive and thriving workplace. In 2005, Rich sold the company to his partner, marking the end of a successful chapter and the beginning of new ventures.

Now, Rich hosts the radio show Back9Boys and advises digifora when he is not on the golf course. His continued passion for the industry keeps him at the forefront of marketing and PR, inspiring digifora and our clients with his dedication and expertise.
