What is church marketing?

Church marketing is how a church carries its message beyond Sunday, so people who aren’t in the room yet hear it and come back. It brings your website, YouTube, social media, email and seasonal campaigns together under one plan. It doesn’t change what your church does. It makes sure the right people hear about it.

Sunday is the easy part. We run the other six days.

Your team already makes the message. We make sure it reaches the people who weren't there, and bring them back next week. Here's a typical week.

Mon

Sermon clipped. The week's content scheduled.

Tue

Full message live on YouTube, optimized for search.

Wed

Midweek email to members and recent guests.

Thu

Ads reviewed. New-visitor campaign adjusted.

Fri

Next Sunday's series and events planned.

Sat

Reminders out. Guest pathway checked.

Sun

You lead. We measure who came and who's new.

Four ways in.

Most churches start with one and grow into another. Scope and price are set on the first call.

What does a fractional communications director do?

A fractional communications director is a senior communications leader on retainer who sits in your weekly staff meeting. They own the plan, the calendar, brand standards and the team, and report results to leadership every month. If you already have a communications director, digifora works as their senior partner.

We've sat in your staff meeting.

Before digifora, our team led communications inside churches: 14 campuses at Seacoast, and Lakewood Church, where we ran Joel Osteen's YouTube, websites, apps, email and social. We know the Tuesday meeting, the Easter crunch and the volunteer who runs the Instagram account.

What church leaders ask us first.

Retainers start in the low four figures a month and scale with scope. Ad spend is always separate and always yours. We set a number on the first call, not after a proposal cycle.
Retainers are 12-month partnerships. Projects are fixed scope and fixed price.
Yes, and it's often the best fit. We become the senior partner and the extra hands; they stay the owner.
We've worked with churches from a single campus to 14, and across traditions. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you on the call.
The people on our team page. Strategists, media buyers, writers and creatives across the US and Canada, led by a strategist who owns your account.

Your message is worth hearing. Let's make sure people hear it.

1We look at your church's communications together. 30 minutes.
2We tell you what we'd do first, and why.
